Hey, i have no idea whats going on and i am considering suicide
i am new to drupal, help me out, i am dieing out here. it should be easy to fix for you
heres whats up:
new domain, new mysql db, new drupal install = perfect
uploaded the acquia marina theme = Broken Image on theme screenshot display i notice first, then
changing theme from default to Acquia Marina = White Background. so w/e i do
changing garland theme color from default to any color set ex. Ash, Olivia = White Background
i checked the logs, i see tons of 403 errors
page not found 403.shtml,

page not found 403.shtml,
.......and it keeps going on all my theme files..
www.mydomain.com/sites/all/themes/acquia_marina-6.x-1.9/acquia_marina/ic... etc,etc...

How can i solve this???
None of the themes work on a fresh install
(and yes, i did about 18 new installs and searched forums but nothing helps)

Cpanel MySQL checked and its fine mostly
only Cpanel issue is this, but i think its fine

Man even i am getting irritated
My site was working all well until today
when i save more than 3-4 nodes of my custom content type drupal shows page not found
