Remove fancy javascript sliding?

Description
When I click any of the right side icons when editing translations, Javascript sliding effect occurs, displaying proper information. Even on my computer, this is slowing down a bit.
Would it be worth to remove this effect and just show/hide proper divs?

This seems much more consistent to me.

Such issues should be handled in #563128: Rework the translation UI which does away with all these icons and sliding anyway.
