Creating default webform-mail.tpl.php that hides all labels and only displays submitted values

Hi I am using the webform module and have created some custom webform emails using webform-mail-100.tpl.php(for example). This is very time consuming since all the forms created are different. What I really need to do is simply remove the fields names(labels) and only show the submitted values. Is there any easy way to do this or am I better off creating custom ones as I go.
