Videos from YouTube are showing up on site and Feedburner feed but not in Google Reader.
Videos from http://drupal.org/project/emfield show up in Google Reader.

Could you try if #566974: HTML5 video embedding (Displaying videos in Google Reader & Safari on iPhone) solves this as well?
