Issue Summary
Does autosave still not work with FCKEditor?
And just to clarify, im using FCKEditor 2.6 with the Wysiwyg module on drupal 6.
I have tried the patch on a previous post but that didnt work.
Has anyone been able to get this working yet? autosave would be a very nice feature to have.

ok, after a couple months off on a few other things.. i am back at massive conversion of our 160 module site to Dr6.. :)
pretty sure we'll be switching from Tiny to use FCK so will be getting to this soon.

see rev 6.x-2.x, i haven't tested yet with wysiwyg/fck but it should work.

There is not patch, so "needs review" is incorrect.

ok sure.. we could say I needs more info.
I did test with W/FCK when i did original port to 6 and to W. Someone from the W team provided required code for both Tiny and FCK (and hopefully for the other editors supported by W) to allow AS to do its thing.
I haven't tested it recently but i guess it is possible something broke along their way (AS hasn't changed).
Also, the support for AS in W was a patch on that project which last i saw had still not been committed - something about waiting until ver 3; but a few people have been asking to commit to wysiwyg ver 2 as it is a pretty useful feature for them (and not just for AS support)
so, for now.. and due to lack of anyone suggesting it still doesn't work with FCK.. i'll go with my results that say it does and close this.
