Faceted Search for Google Search Appliance (http://drupal.org/project/gsa_faceted_search) integrates GSA with Faceted Search (http://drupal.org/project/faceted_search).
I made a couple of minor changes to google_appliance while I was working on gsa_faceted_search, see attached patch. My plan is to commit the changes and take the opportunity to promote 6.x-2.x-dev to an official beta release as it's been working really well.

Right, I commited my patch and created an official D6 release.
