My String Overrides Aren't Saving?!

For some reason, when I try to add a string override by clicking "Save", they won't be there when the page refreshes. I was able to add one string override to change "Log in" on my sign in form, but I can't change "Create new account" on my registration form.

Anyone know how to fix this?
