First of all, thanks for your module. I find it very easy to set up and it just works. Very nice work.

For my own needs I modified your module to support the Token module because I wanted to have the email header and footer more customizable and dynamic. I think it would be nice to have tokens supported.

Please take a look at the patches attached below.

I have just notices I forgot in my code a test line. Uploading a new htmlmail.module.diff file. Hopefully this time it is all fine.
