Description
The site all of the sudden started getting this error on every page.
Any ideas?

Here is a screenshot. I am thinking I will just upgrade to the latest dev version in a bit.

This can happen in shared environments when you share a temp directory with other sites running backup and migrate. The latest dev checks for write permissions on temporary files before attempting to delete them.
Reopen this ticket if the latest dev does not fix this for you.

It is a shared environment. The latest dev just fixed this for me!

Although the shared environment doesn't have any other sites running backup and migrate right now. It by shared environment you mean multi-site.

Not necessarily multi-site. Any time you have multiple drupal sites sharing the same temp directory you can get this error. Do let me know if the latest dev fixes it though.
