I have created a new user role called "content editor." Is there a way for me to grant permissions to this user so that they can perform work on the website while it is in off-line mode? If not, what do I need to do to make this happen?

Nevermind, I just went ahead and installed the "Admin Role" module, and assigned admin permissions to the role "Content Editor."

I have tested this module but I want that my user can't modify the site.
How can I do it?
