Hia,
first of all: thanks a lot for this amazing module!
I'm now trying to rework our entire site to use Spaces, Context and Features, and have started to make site features for each of our main areas, as well as some separate group features for our groups (og).
However, I'm stuck at one relative basic issue: I would like to create features with sub sections. Say if I'm at my main "Services" menu item (my "services" site feature) I would like to have x subsections showing sections like "Design", "UX", "Consulting", each made up of different views and blocks, and with links to them showing up in the secondary links area.
Normally I do this at /admin/build/menu/settings by saying that source for "secondary links" are "primary links", and it works like a charm.
However, if I now set source of "secondary links" to be the "Features" menu it doesn't work as I expect as all features (both group and site) are always available in the primary links, regardless of site or group space . However, the secondary links work, see:

and here's my features menu setup:

If I on the other hand set the source of secondary links to be "secondary links" (like in Open Atrium) the features show only where they should show (e.g. group features only in groups, and site features only at site), but I get no secondary links (naturally I guess as the menu is empty).
I might be on the wrong track altogether though, but how can I create a feature that has two (or more) levels of links? It seems you can only specify one active menu for a feature in context, and also only attach one menu item when you export a feature.. On the other hand it seems like it's done in Open Atrium so it must be possible :)
Any push in the right direction here would be highly appreciated!
