Limit role assignment

Hello!

Do you know if it is possible to limit the assignment of roles to a specific role? Let me explain:

I have a role "decision maker", "Commercial", "Premium member ". I want that users "Commercial" could assign the role "Checked member" to members, but can not assign the role "Premium member".

How can I do this ?
