Can't Upgrade Schema

I just migrated from 5.x to 6.x. When I use both the current unstable and dev versions and run update.php I get the following.
"audio_attach module can not be updated. Its schema version is 0. Updates up to and including 1 have been removed in this release. In order to update audio_attach module, you will first need to upgrade to the last version in which these updates were available."

Er huh? Do I need to go back to 5.x and upgrade versions there first and then migrate to 7x with the latest Audio module? It seems like it only partly upgraded the schema. The nodes are all there but the file is missing on all of them. I tried just running the 60002 scheme update but that didn't seem to do anything either. I've also tried the latest dev version to see if that fixed it.
