Module recommendations/suggestions for voting/favorites project

Hello,
I am currently working on a project that has these requirements:

*User can choose specific objects (User List) from a collection (Master List)
*User can reorder these objects (vote) on their User List to their most/least favorite
*Based on the lists of multiple users, the order of the Master List may change (e.g., enough people voted)
*User can show actions/properties relating that object (PER OBJECT) to them (e.g., participated in event, did X, etc.)
*Based on these actions, user is assigned points
*Users are able to see the actions related to this object (e.g., The top object people "did X" to was Object Y)

I have made many a Drupal 5.x site in the past, but I'm going to go with 6.x this time around. I have been looking at the Flag/Flag weights module. Any other module suggestions?
