I started with a fresh install of 4.6.6 tonight with the queue module that is included in the package. When I create nodes and put them in the moderation queue, every time another user votes on an item, it gets another entry in the list.

Here's what it looks like now:

As you can see, the node "A Moderated Post" appears 3 times. The logged in user has voted on it already but it still has the vote link also.

Queue got out from HEAD. If this is a big problem for some 4.6.x user please reopen it.
