Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 31981568) (tried to allocate 339522 bytes) in /home/sites/sunkendreams.co.uk/public_html/includes/database.mysql-common.inc on line 41
What i find strange is that sometimes it actually tries to allocate less than the available memory and still comes up with this error.
NOTE: THIS ONLY HAPPENS ON MODULE PAGE
I'v had a good look through the forums for specific answers but none seem to work. Am I overlooking something obvious?
MY SET-UP:
I have spoke to host, they said its ok to add php.ini file in root, which I have (128M limit)
shared hosting,
Drupal 6.13

Did you verify that the php memory limit is in fact 128 (check the status report page)? If it is, trying raising it more and see if the error goes away eventually. Also, you might try turning off the update status module if you have it enabled.
thank you guys!
I'll look into both of your suggestions!
I'll let you if i get it sorted!
