The second paragraph link points to the right SimpleTest page, but the text link have not been updated to follow menu structure change.

I've created a patch specifying the proper link text: "Administer » Configuration and modules » Development » Testing".

Had a chat in IRC with a few folks and we agreed that generally using the "click path" for a link isn't desirable. So instead of updating the path, let's just change it so that the link is the name of the page we are going to rather than how to get there.
