Small, publicly traded, aggressive, acquisition oriented, emerging growth Company based in Dallas,Texas seeks services of freelance Drupal/Php Webmaster in exchange for stock.

Initial Service agreement requires a minimum three (3) month engagement and a maximum of up to twelve (12) months with stock allocated as follows:

3 months - 25,000 shares
6 months - 25,000 shares
9 months - 25,000 shares
12 months - 25,000 shares

Total - 100,000 shares

Alternatively, Company may consider the acquisition of a small Drupal/Php web services company in exchange for stock.

shares != publicly traded ... it just means that you'd have a stake in the success/failure of the company. Interestingly enough... it could also mean that you share in the liability of the company... depending upon the distribution of the stock.
