Issue Summary
I have a Drupal installation on my Mac using MAMP with which I try to create a personal information system for my research, it's sort of a wiki.
I would like to use Inline to display images that are on my hard disk without having to upload them to my Drupal installation folder. Since they are all arranged in specific folders I'd like to keep that structure as it is. Would it be possible to somehow make Inline regard a certain folder on my hard disk as the upload folder?
Thanks and best,
Gerben

Inline module requires the images/files to be managed by Drupal. There is no way around that, and providing one would be a security vulnerability.
