At first sorry my english.
My problem is that I want put three different regions to my page.
Every region must have own $content display- not block(or this is possible by blocks?)
Here example:

|Header 1 region
|block 1 region | content 1 region(node type) |block1 region
|Footer 1region
|__________________________________________________
|Header 2 region
|block 2 region | content 2 region(node type) |block2 region
|Footer 2 region
|__________________________________________________
|Header 3region
|block 3 region | content 3 region(node type) |block3 region
|Footer 3 region
|___________________________________________________

As you see I want like there was three different pages in one webpage.
I now how add regions to info file and to tpl files.
But how to put one node type to specific region?
Variables?-but how? My php is very bad and if you now how to do this by code, please insert step by step tutorial.
Or maybe there is very simple solutcion- only I don't now?

Looks like a job for the panels module.

I would consider making 3 mini-panels,one for each region.

Then make a panel page that contains the 3 mini-panels.

As I understood panels for layouts? My problem is not layout but my problem are how exchange content display to
other place than variable $content.
I now how create node types with cck but how to get it visible on new region and variable like $contentregion1 or only $contentregion2.
Or is that possible with panels?- I dont now lot about this module.

Think of panels in terms of sub-dividing $content. For each panel layout you get to pick what content is added.
