I am not sure if this is the place, but I like drupal as a CMS and would like to get some help (i.e. a project completed by someone) on it. If this is not the place for this please let me know, but if it is please let me know if you are looking for work and I have specific things that can be done on one site, as well as building another couple from "scratch".
