Problems when using admin theme

whenever i use the filer in IB, the popup switches the theme on me. to the admin theme.
excluding the path imagebrowser from using the admin theme, mages IB load my normal theme, but it overwrites the default garland theme that IB is hardcoded with.
any suggestions?

"mages IB load my normal theme" should read: "Makes IB load my theme".
Also after i filter once, If I try to filter again (using the switched theme), the popup redirects to my homepage. The url has the IB query string in it but the page is just /

Hmm not sure what would be causing the theme to switch. What theme related modules do you also have installed? Administration Menu?
I've removed the call the Garland CSS file which might help in the latest dev which will be released tonight.
