eacc.php mode will cause select box not working

i install 6.x-1.x-beta8 , but using the 6.x-1.x-dev eacc.php , because there was installation problem with eacc.php in the 6.x-1.x-beta8.

if you install 6.1-dev only , the same problem will show too , so i think it's a problem

well , nearlly everything is all right except select-box-releated page.

the most classic problem is "project/rules" ,at the first glance , i though it was the problem or rules , and then i have a same problem while using "project/Views Bulk Operations"

you can relapse this bug by doing the following jobs:
install rules , click "admin/rules/trigger/add" and try to add a rule!! ,
you will get an error like "you didn't select a single row , please at least select one"......i don't quite remember the whole warning ...

by the way , i think that this module had better not to cache form-releated page , currently , i have already met two problems with this module , one is the above , the other is while uploading several large files at the same time using different browser
