I have installed Content templates and for some reason everything seems to be disabled and there is no option to create new content template. I am attaching a jpg with a screenshot of the problem so you know what I mean.

Go into "edit template", open the output-type fieldset that you want, and tick the "Affect [type] output" checkbox.

Added some simple text to the form to make it a little more obvious.

I think because the module is in use by a lot of people who are new to Drupal, a little bit of verbose help will go a long way.
