I have followed the directions to install WAMP and Drupal 6.13 on a Windows 2003 Server, with IIS 6. But upload loading Localhost, I get "The page cannot be found" in the IE6 browser. I need to get this running today, and am willing to pay for $60 for whoever can get this running for me. Well, WAMP is Windows+Apache (web server)+MySQL+PhP, and IIS is a web server too. So, are you trying to install on an Apache web server or an IIS web server? Which is running on your machine?

I would have liked to figure it out, but ran out of time. It works fine on GoDaddy's servers.
