node titles inconsistent

There appears to be some titles with less than normal size (see: "Dear people of earth... ") and there are some nodes that doesn't even show any titles at all!
Please help.

Just seen it, but have no ideas about it. I'll investigate more. Try checking with other theme as well. I found there was no node titles for certian posts even in the source. Get back to you soon.

I checked using other themes as well (plain, interlaced, push button, etc). There was nothing wrong with the titles in the other templates

I'm having the same problem. I find that if if the title includes ! then it will display at first then randomly disappear. Removing the ! allows the fancy title to work again. I've not tested with other characters yet.
