Issue Summary
Hi,
I found this smart module that gave one solution to two of my questions regarding contact forms. Indeed, having the possibility to choose a category in the link is a good thing.
However, I have another request to have the possibility to add customized filed for some category. For exemple, for a category like "Job Inquiry", there would be an additional filed for a user to be able to send his CV and letter of motivation.
I don't don't if this feature is something that you planned to do or not, but I just throw it on the table! :)
