Simulate Anonymous user during Development

I remember seeing a module that allowed you to act as an anonymous user during development, toggling it on and off, but can't seem to find it. It's not part of the Devel module, at least as far as I can see.
Can someone please tell me the module name?

of course the easiest thing to do is just open up a different browser, but i think the http://drupal.org/project/masquerade module has this feature.
