Install the module and after only a few hours I have over 1000 visitors (total visitors). I suspect that this is viewed pages and not the number of anonymous users. Normally there are about 250 visitors each day. What is right?
If this is real, how can I sort out Google and all the other search engines?

I got the problem too. I check recent log entries then i see that so many access to node/*/visitors, even if the node doesn't exist.

In visitors block you can see two params: all visits count (viewed pages) and unique visitors (per ip).

Not now. Current version does not support it.
