Will path access work with other access modules?

I'm using organic groups, but would like to use this module to fill in some gaps and protect a few specific pages. Most access modules warn that two cannot work on the same site at once. Any chance that this module could play nicely with organic groups or other access modules? Has anyone tested? Thanks.
