Rules integration

Issue Summary

I think that Rules integration could be a huge benefit for lm_paypal and/or it's sub modules.

By integrating with Rules, much of the code related to notifications and sending emails could be omitted in favor of Rule's much more flexible framework for all kinds of different workflows.

If this seems interesting I could *try* to find some time for a patch.
