The site spits out this code..

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 31981568) (tried to allocate 173075 bytes) in /home/sites/sunkendreams.co.uk/public_html/includes/database.inc on line 224

I have already changed php.ini file to 128M, Drupal confirms this on the Reports page as well, so whats going?

Ideas welcome!
