Thank you for you work on this great module! :)
Is it also possible to implement a thumbnail imagecache preset for the pager like on ddblock so we could use a thumbnail as pager with(out) text. I think it would be extreme useful in some cases - i.e. for up/down skins that might come.

In 2.x you can add an image field with a custom preset to the pager only. There's no need to add text to any pager element.
