I would like to ask to use cck has developed a content type of application form
Cck fields in which there is the name + flat + phone + ... I wonder if there is no module is that when users fill out a single, it will send an email to the administrator.

Sorry, but I really don't understand your question. Do you need a cck field for an address? So you should take a look at the addresses module.
If you only want to have a form, your visitors can fill with their address, consider using the webforms module.

I'm not sure to understand the question either. I'm assuming it has been addressed with previous comment. If not, I would suggest asking in the forums. Maybe there someone else can give you a better advice for your use case.
