Kindle items, for example, are returned in a search by Amazon's API, but are not actually able to be purchased through the API. The current behavior (for Kindle only) is to disable the add-to-cart button. There are other possible approaches, including searching for more items until we fill up a page. And the behavior could be user-configurable.

rfayIt looks to me like Amazon may have stopped providing Kindle editions, for example, through the ECS, so this problem may not be a very high priority any more.
