Issue Summary
When attempting to activate this module, administrator goes to access Administer > Modules, and load of this page fails with no error messages or information in logs. Occurs immediatly after loading the new module into the modules directory. Deletion of this module causes the Modules page to work correctly.

Be sure you have the correct version (4.6) When you go to admin/modules is the module called administration or zadministration (it should be zadministration)? I just did a fresh install of 4.6 and activated the zadministration.module and it worked fine.
