I've noticed this error appears in the "Recent Log Entries" menu.

Table 'planting_drupal63A.flashvideo' doesn't exist query: SELECT DISTINCT video_index FROM `flashvideo` WHERE nid = 110 ORDER BY video_index ASC in /home/username/public_html/sites/all/modules/flashvideo/flashvideo.module on line 1551.

Any advice on how to track this bug down?
