I need a particular form to be assigned or added to a node of a particular node type and upon submission , email contents of the CCK fields to my clients.

This is two requests.

No this is not possible with 2.x but the upcoming 3.x version allows webforms to be attached to any node type.

mail contents of the CCK fields to my clients

This can be done by theming your e-mails. See the THEMING.txt file included with Webform.
