Every time I try to upload a CSV file I get the error 'Could not refresh feed.'

Description
Every time I try to upload a CSV file I get the error 'Could not refresh feed.' I don't know what the problem is. It is a normal csv file that I am uploading to the content type Feed.
Here are my settings for the content type in screenshots to make it clearer.
I really really really need to get this figured out. Please help! I have tried everything and nothing works.
