how to generate content within another

Hello Partners
I have a question on how to generate content within another.
That is, I have a content type called "Requests", in which people ask questions and other content I called "Solutions", which is the response to each "Request".
Once the request is created, the page you can have option to comment or send a "Solution", which is a button to open form "Solutions".
How can I integrate the content type so that "Solutions" are published on the same page of the "Request" and the comments work??
There any module for this ????? Someone who can guide me to work around it????

Thanks for responding, the module is excellent, however I see that you can only bring nodes created above, I see no way to link the content type to be created.
Have you used this module???, Could be more specific, because as I told you I was already playing with this module and I see no way.
