I found out that when I use captials in the LDAP Pictures option I get no data out of ldap.
The Directory attributes have a strlwcase function before the get there data but with the oher options the inputted data is not string lowert!

See if someone is getting no data out of the ldapdirectory options try lower case!

I also modified the code so I can use a link instead of a picture out of the AD.
