Logo and title are linked to $base_path in stead of $front_page which causes issues with multilingual sites where the language prefix is sometimes added to the link to the front page.

HI, I am just restarting working on this theme (reconf of CVS, etc .... ).
I was working in priority on Fueldeluxe http://drupal.org/project/fueldeluxe, which is much more simple and powerful.
BeginningW2 need a complete review of code (there is html into PHP, etc .... ), I promise to do it in the upcoming month.

Your issue just fixed, will commit a new release tonigh or tomorow, stay tuned
