I am trying to create tabbed navigation in the right sidebar. The problem is that when a tab is clicked the information within that tab appears in the sidebar. I don't want that. I want the information within the tab to appear within the main content area. Is this possible? I did it with plain HTML.

tbh, it sounds like you just want page specific secondary links that are styled to look like tabs?
