When upgrading to drupal 6.13 from 6.11 my site crashed when I turned back on the modules. I tried rolling back to 6.11 but I get

"Fatal error: Call to undefined function: menu_load() in /nfs/c01/h04/mnt/44770/domains/spinsurance.com/html/sites/all/modules/menutree/menutree.module on line 38"

I also cannot log in as the admin I get access denied screen.
Please if anyone had any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated the url is http://spinsurance.com/

Here's the error I get:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function node_load() in /home/townof7/public_html/includes/menu.inc on line 410

I restored my site to the previous version and now I cannot access the admin page. I get this error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare image_gd_info() (previously declared in /home/townof7/public_html/includes/library/drupal-6.13/includes/image.gd.inc:18) in /home/townof7/public_html/includes/library/drupal-6.10/includes/image.gd.inc on line 19

Can anyone help, please?

update the site using domainname.com/update.php it will restore the files and prb will be solved.
