Doesn't work in IE 7 & Opera 9.6 . Any suggestion?

This patch fixed our problems with IE. Haven't tested it with Opera though.

I've got the patched js code already installed but in IE8 the bubble never appears.

Same problem here: preview bubble doesn't appear in IE 7/8.
