Image Cache Presets

TVframe was created with a version of ImageCache the allowed presets to be named with spaces. The current version of ImageCache does not allow for this naming convention. Presets and the respective references in theme need changed and limited to alphanumeric characters, underscores and hyphens only. In additional, these presets should be programmatically created when OM_Show is created.
