I've been searching past issues for anything and haven't found any reference as to why this user account was blocked, so +1 for unblocking the original account.

Note that he also created two other non-blocked accounts, but neither of them have any posts.

The only issue that I can get, searching for roknich, is this one. I guess that who blocked him didn't open a issue on webmasters' queue.

Should not be to write a report about blocked users suggested as something to do (in the case it is not already suggested)?

User http://drupal.org/user/424929 is still blocked. Do we need to unblock, or is this a wont fix?

I unblocked the account. I can't see any reason why this person was a spammer.
