Send Newsletter/Email based on Role

i would like to create a few newsletters but they should be only available for users based on ROLE. For example: I have 2 roles (ROLE A and ROLE B) and 2 types of newsletters, (Newsletter A and Newsletter B). Only those users with ROLE A could subscribe (or unsubscribe) to Newsletter A. However, ROLE A can't subscribe to Newsletter B.

Is there a module that does this? I am currently using Simplenews + Simplenews Roles, but they didn't work the way I want. Simplenews Roles will make certain ROLES to subscribe newsletters AUTOMATICALLY. This will leave them no choice. I would like them to choose whether to subscribe or unsubscribe. Meanwhile, I will send out the newsletters via email accordingly.
