Table not displaying in Preview or after saving?

Hello
I seem to be having an Issue with my editor. I had installed JWYSIWYG mod, I found that After pasting in a already layed out and filled in Table tying both the Filtered and Full HTML It would not show correctly, then I tried to make a new table in the editor, typing in some of the info I need in it... finding the same issues. The table is Colums - 6, Rows - 116.
So I then downloaded the FCKeditor, Tried with both editors then disbled the JWYSIWYG still the same!
The table is showing in the Edit mode, But wont show in the preview or saved mode.
I have tried making this content in a page, story and book to see if this may have helped.
Did you change any setting
Did you change any setting with the full html filter? Normally with full html filter, you should be able to see the tables properly. A link to the error page might help to answer you appropriately.
