How do i make one view content title link to another view, rather to the full node of that content type- see pictures.

I think this is quite easy to explain, but essential i have a home page created using views, it includes a flash video as an attachment 'above', and then the 'page view' which includes a content type "holiday summary", so when you click the title (for instance BAY ISLANDS) it goes to the full page of bay islands summary, but i actually want it to link to another view, is this possible?

If you visit www.sunkendreams.co.uk, look at the content just below the flash video, these are made in view, when you click "BAY ISLANDS' it take you to its full node, I would actually like it to link to another view (in this case a view that i have created >> http://www.sunkendreams.co.uk/bay_islands )

There must be a simple solution?
